“Very nice hotel. We had a luxury suite and we were delighted with it. Beautifully decorated and spacious room. Impeccably clean! Loved the bath tub! The entire property looked so well decorated and clean. Restaurant was good. Excellent breakfast with hot food. Staff very friendly and helpful. ”

“Has electric car charging facilities. This was our 5th stay at this hotel and we will come back again. Breakfast is generously served and delicious. Deer in the garden too. Lovely garden views at rear.”

“Check-in nice and easy. Bed and pillows super comfy. It was like lying on a cloud and being swallowed up! Great selection for food. We had lunch and went with the fish n' chips. Light batter and non greasy and tasted delicious! Great portions! Also had breakfast and again good selection. Service was excellent! Lovely location off the green and a 2min walk to the sea front with lovely shops in between! Stayed here before and would recommended to anyone to stay here!”

“Stayed for 2 nights in one of the pods. Fantastic camp site, really clean and well run. Very quiet at night, even with the road nearby. Convenient for King's Lynn and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend! ”

“Nothing wrong with the stay . Good room for an old building. Only concern was the position of the toilet. It was crammed into and a tight fit even for me who is large but not exsive.”
